Email the Nestpoint Team
The way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. Nestpoint doesn’t have a contact form, so a regular email from any address works.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Messages We Can Help With
We’re glad to hear from you about the guides we publish. Good reasons to write include:
- Corrections. A step, menu name or default that doesn’t match what you see. Please include the page address and, if it’s relevant, your router model and firmware version.
- Suggestions. A topic you’d like us to cover, or a section you found confusing.
- Questions about a published guide. If an instruction on one of our pages isn’t clear, ask and we’ll try to point you in the right direction.
What We Can’t Do for You
Nestpoint publishes guides; it isn’t a support desk. We can’t:
- Log in to your router or fix it remotely
- Recover a forgotten Wi-Fi password or router administrator password
- Act as the support line for any router brand or internet provider
For account problems, billing, outages, faulty hardware or a router your provider supplied, contact your internet provider or the router’s manufacturer directly. Those issues need someone with access to your account or your equipment.
Many common questions are already answered on the site. Our guide to finding the address your router uses and the factory reset instructions are good places to check before you write.
Never Email a Password
Please don’t include passwords in your message. That covers your Wi-Fi key, your router administrator password and the login for your internet account. We don’t need any of them to answer a question.
Note: If you’ve already sent us a password by mistake, change that password now. Email is not a safe place to store it.
How We Handle Your Message
We use your email address and message only to reply and to act on what you sent, such as fixing a guide. We don’t add anyone to a mailing list, because we don’t run one. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
